Dr. Jaglul Gaffer Khan (Zia) Graduated from shared Bangla medical college barisal under the University of Dhaka in 1997 and started his career in Pediatric Surgery Dhaka Medical College 2010. 

He Joined government service under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Bangladesh in 2003. He was also appointed as an assistant registrar,Paediatric surgery in Bangla Medical College 2003. In 2010 he obtained MS paediatric surgery degree from Bangladesh Institute of  Child Health (BICH) Dhaka.

Dr Jaglul ghaffar khan  served as medical officer OPD In Dhaka Medical College Hospital. Then he obtained a professional degree master of surgery (MS) Pediatric surgery and joined the department of Pediatric Surgery in Dhaka Medical College as assistant professor 2012.
