Dr. Md. Zakir Hossain is an ophthalmologist, phaco and vitreo-retinal surgeon in Dhaka. After successfully completing his MBBS, he obtained DO and FVRS (IIEIH) degrees in ophthalmology. He has also completed long-term fellowships in phaco and microsurgery. He has more than 8 years of clinical and surgical experience in eye diseases, cataract surgery and vitreo-retinal surgery. He is currently working as a consultant (vitreo-retinal) at Al-Noor Eye Hospital, Dhaka (Saturday, Monday and Thursday) and Makkah Eye Hospital, Uttara (Tuesday and Wednesday) and is regularly providing advanced medical services to patients.
