While registering the serial in the information-filling form on the web page, the verification code number received via SMS on the mobile phone must be written in the box and then the serial verification must be confirmed by clicking. Otherwise, the registration will be considered canceled. The serial will have to be registered through a mobile number for a specific day from the web page of Dr. Shamim Box. Then, the registration paper must be collected from "Box Pharmacy" one hour before the date and time of the appointment and the registration paper collected during the appointment must be displayed in the chamber.
